Dr Elaine Tan completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in New Zealand, 1998. She then gained further experience in general medicine, cardiology, paediatric, psychiatry, emergency medicine, intensive care and orthopaedic surgery before embarking on her career in general practice where she believes she can help her patients the most. After completing her fellowship with Royal Australian College of General Practice in Australia, she has also completed a diploma of dermatology.

Elaine has a special interest in women’s health, sexual health, mental health, chronic disease management and preventative medicine.
